Garlic Bread and Milk Flan

I spend most my time in the kitchen and handmade craft.

Simple Organic Milk Flan

- 500 ml organic milk
- 75 gr pure sugar
- 3 eggs
- vanilla

=> In a large bowl, pour sugar + eggs -> Use mixer or with a whisk, beat eggs and sugar together until smooth. Add vanilla, milk -> blend

Caramel : 35gr sugar + 15ml water => In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, melt sugar until liquefied and golden in color. Carefully pour hot syrup into a small or medium baking dish, turning the dish to evenly coat the bottom and sides. Set aside.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Pour egg mixture into baking dish. Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake in preheated oven 60 minutes. Let cool completely.
